The Cirrus range of RIB sportsboats
and yacht tenders is a unique blend of advanced technology
and traditional craftsmanship. Modular in construction,
the range is available in 6.3m, 7.3m and 8.3m lengths with
inboard or outboard engines and a variety of propulsion
options. Cirrus sports RIBs combine the fine handling, ride
and sea keeping of a thoroughbred RIB hull with the practicality
and comfort of the best walkaround sportsboats.
Designed and modeled using the most advanced computer aided
design and machining processes in the boat building industry,
Cirrus RIBs have stunning contemporary styling and are built
to the most exacting standards. It is the choice of integral
detailing that differentiates each model. The 'Sport' and
XL models differ from the 'Custom only in the quantity of
equipment fitted, not the quality.
Large deck and seating areas are complemented by an exceptionally high standard of fit out which in the case of the 'Custom' equals the best that the 'superyacht' industry can offer. Great attention has also been paid to the engineering detail and all Cirrus RIBs feature high specification wiring looms and 316 stainless steel components, many of which have been designed specifically for the range by the Cirrus design team.
The deep-V hull provides a soft ride and precise handling with high lift and is particularly suitable for inboard diesel installations. Developed from the 'Osprey Lynx' RIB speed record hull designed by John Moxham, Cirrus currently rate the hull to 50 knots.
